Hi team,
I wanted to start a discussion on what kind of support we need to get this going. There is a Spanish speaker working at ITAC who may be able to provide additional support if needed. But first I wanted to clarify our roles:
1) Facilitator for CoP - Tom
2) Coordinator for CoP design/start up - Kirsten
3) Logistical support - (to help coordinate workshop operational tasks) Johanna?
4) Technical/Management guidance - Ana, Carrie
5) General GDA oversight - Kristin

Are there any other needs beyond this? The ITAC person has an extensive in field technology background, so I need your ideas on how best to utilize him. I think any general background research would not be suitable for his background. He is already engaged with some ITAC projects and EG.
